Tracking means that your order is allocated a tracking number** when dispatched. This reference number enables you to track the delivery from our door to yours.
Insured:
All of our insured (tracking) shipping options include insurance to the value of the products within that order (excluding shipping cost). However we must receive relevant photographic evidence before we can re-ship, credit your account or refund with 100% the value of your products.

Then send us your cash payment to our postal address. Please include your order number with your cash payment. Please note we accept Euros, GBP pounds sterling and US dollars.

As long as your order has not already been shipped, we will be able to cancel your order and refund your payment card / original payment method.
If your order has already been shipped, you must return the order to us unopened and return it to us withing 14 days of receipt.
